GDPR-CERTIFICATION
For a subscription fee of €9.90 per month and a start-up fee of €399 you receive help with the entire GDPR process in three simple steps:

3. Implementation.
On completion of the process your business will be certified for GDPR. All information is stored on My Pages, your GDPR account, as long as you have a valid subscription for GDPR maintenance, for only €9.90 per month (three months’ notice of cancellation is required).

Through your subscription you have access to your GDPR account, where you are able to maintain and update your organizaton’s GDPR information for as long as your subscription is active.

The cost for using the web based service is a one-time fee of €399 and a monthly fee of €9.90. All costs are exclusive of VAT.
You will be prompted to fill in credit card details after registering. The contract is non-binding but there is a three (3) month period of notice. You have full access to your account during the notice period.
Vitaprivata will keep your data an additional 30 days after the end of the service contract. After 30 days all data will be deleted. Relevant news and yearly GDPR-certification is included, Vitaprivata therefore encourages you to keep the service.
EXPERT HELP
Certain companies, organisations and associations may need advanced help with GDPR. For example, if the company manages sensitive data, transfers personal data to a third country (i.e. a country outside the EU) or uses camera surveillance at a public location.
You can complete large parts of the inventory process and basic documentation with the help of our GDPR certification, but you may find that you also need some advanced expert help.
